The app is a tools set for anyone to use that will assist and optimize users for self-employment, entrepreneurial, and/or investing. Each function can be used on its own, but they are very powerful when used in conjunction with other features. These functions are vital for a digital society moving forward.

Features

DAD

Digital Agreement Document: Allows users to make agreements and contracts while placing payment in escrow. This will prevent scams, ensure that both ends understand the agreement, and makes for fair, documented, and easily managed contracted exchange.

Pool

This function allows users to create investment and or resource groups where users can "pool" their resources. The participants are chosen from the user's contact list. Users can choose to have the pool managed by the pool group or an individual. The terms can be accompanied by a DAD so that the agreement is documented and mutually understood. Now you can work with friends and family to “pool” your resources and work together towards a financial goal!

Combine accounts

This much needed tool allows users to aggregate several accounts into one virtual debit card. Users can choose either a percentage from each account/wallet or an exact dollar amount from each. The total sum of each account chosen by the user will be available to the virtual debit card. The user can generate new virtual card numbers for security.

Block bonds

This allows the user to purchase bonds on the DLAR block chain against the DLAR coin. The user can choose the amount and duration of the bond and will be given the mature value based on the coin's performance. The value fluctuation will be updated live. This also stabilizes the DLAR coin allowing it to be used live as a currency. This is an easy way to save and invest!

NFT Toolset

This allows the user to upload, register, certify, and license NFT's. Real world value can be assigned to NFT's, and the user can manage that process from the convenience of their phone. Users can assign ownership to real word items and / or assign real world value (like a redeemable item, service, or event). This makes purchasing quicker, easier, and more convenient.

Community

Allows users to access a financial community for fundraising, crowdfunding, and investing. Finance meets social media. Users can find business / investment partners and will have social tools such as floating text, shouts, and badges (you’ll have to get the app and try it for details!).

News and Insights

Users can stay up to date with the latest news, announcements, social media posts, etc. Users can tailor their feeds based on their needs.

Badging

Users can achieve badges that give indication of investment levels so that they can work with users on their level, just below, or just above. Everyone learns without getting in over their heads.

Direct Deposit

Users can have their checks deposited directly to the app.

PEER TO PEER

Users can send money, coins, and other assets to each other quickly and easily.

Users can trade currencies easily, securely, and efficiently with minimal fees on what will soon be the most trusted platform.
